Back in December, 3D World interviewed me for their Sydney publication.
I missed the actual paper, but you can see it online here.
Thanks to Amber McCormick for the nice article!

Monday, January 31st, 2011Lot Number 2
Monday, January 24th, 2011The first lot for the Art 4 Heart auction (raising money for the QLD Premier’s Flood Relief Appeal), wrapped up over the weekend. And I am astounded, and also very proud to pass on the news that together we raised $2,440!
So far…
Now it’s time for Lot Number 2. Even more artists (including Sarah McNeil, one of my all time favourites), even more lovely art, and another chance to nab yourself something wonderful for your walls this new year, all whilst helping those in need.
Go have a peepsee: Art 4 Heart.
Art 4 Heart
Tuesday, January 18th, 2011In the wake of the terrible floods in Queensland, a bunch of artists have pulled together and donated artworks to help. We’ve created an art auction to raise some much needed funds for the QLD Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal. Please go and have a look-see, there is some amazing work up for Auction and it’s for a really good cause. Starts TODAY!
All final bids are paid directly to the official Disaster Relief Appeal, and your receipt of donation is what we use as proof of purchase. So not only are you doing a great deed by donating to help so many people in desperate need, but you also get some amazing art to keep for yourself! Win win, hey?
My donation is a set of 2 prints featuring native birds from my region.
Bidding starts Tuesday 18th January 10:00am – and closes at 5pm on 22nd January. The second auction follows. All items have a starting bid price much lower than normal retail price too, just a little extra incentive.

Lolo in Lalaland
Wednesday, January 5th, 2011“I found your colouring book in a newsagent in Adelaide. I was picking up some magazines for a friend who’d just had a double mastectomy after her breast cancer returned. Not being good at sitting still, she was frustrated at being stuck in a hospital bed. When I saw your colouring book, I knew it was the perfect gift – colouring in is so soothing, I know it will not only keep her mind off what she’s been through but help in her healing process as well. So thank you for creating such a gorgeous product. x” … from anonymous.

“Lolo isn’t lonely anymore” is my colouring book. It’s been out for a couple of months now, and I’m starting to get some really touching feedback.
Not to mention some pretty nifty colouring in by a class of Kindy kids…
Feel free to email me your colouring in!
The book is now available to buy online, from the Lalaland shop!
They ship both locally and internationally.
I’ve also been told it has been spotted in the following shops:
– High Tea with Mrs Woo in Newcastle, NSW
– Little Paper Lane in Mona Vale, NSW
– The Art Gallery of NSW Gift Shop, the Domain, Sydney, NSW
– Pepe’s Paperie in Canberra Civic, ACT
– A toy shop called Big Dreams in Northcote, Melbourne, VIC
